It operates in three segments: Television, Audio, and Publishing. The company owns 104 radio stations in FM, AM, and DAB+ radio under the Triple M and Hit network brands and provides, as well as 56 regional radio stations; operates LiSTNR, an audio app for sports, podcasts, music, radio, and news; and offers sales representation for open audio platform SoundCloud and Sonos Radio. It also produces and operates commercial television programming and stations as well as distribution of programming content across platforms; commercial radio stations across metro, regional and digital, and other related businesses. In addition, the company publishes newspapers and insert magazines in Western Australia; Colourpress; Digital publishing, West Australian Publishers and Perth Now. The company was formerly known as Macquarie Media Group. Southern Cross Media Group Limited was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
