It holds interest in the Muckanippie Project located in the northern Gawler Craton of South Australia; the Mabel Creek Copper-Gold project covering an area of 3,322 square kilometers located in Queensland, Australia; the Comet project covering an area of 1,915 square kilometers located in South Australia. In addition, the company owns interest in the Woomera Copper-Gold project covering 668 square kilometers located in South Australia. The company was formerly known as Petratherm Limited and change its name to PTR Minerals Ltd in November 2025. PTR Minerals Ltd was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Norwood, Australia.
