The company also develops NNZ-2591, which has completed Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of Phelan-McDermid; and in Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of Angelman and Pitt Hopkins. In addition, it develops NNZ-2591, which is in preclinical trial stage for the treatment of Prader-Willi syndrome, Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, and SYNGAP1. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Hawthorn East, Australia.
