The Asset Management Services segment provides financing and ancillary management services related with motor and commercial vehicles, and equipment. The Plan and Support Services segment offers plan management and support coordination services to participants in the national disability insurance scheme. It serves federal and state governments, public and private sectors, and health and charitable organizations. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
