Somerset Minerals Limited, together with its subsidiaries, explores and extracts mineral properties in Australia, Canada, and Ecuador. Its flagship projects are the 100% owned Prescott copper and base metals project that consists of 52 licenses covering an area of 624 square kilometers located in the Peel Sound area of the Polaris mineral district of Nunavut, Canada; and the 100% owned Coppermine project that consists of 102 exploration licenses and one exclusive exploration right covering an area of 1,665 square kilometers located in the Kitikmeot region of Nunavut, Canada. The company was formerly known as Tempus Resources Limited and changed its name to Somerset Minerals Limited in June 2024. Somerset Minerals Limited was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Perth, Australia.
