In addition, the company owns interest in the Woomera Copper-Gold project covering 668 square kilometers located in South Australia. The company was formerly known as Petratherm Limited and change its name to PTR Minerals Ltd in November 2025. PTR Minerals Ltd was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Norwood, Australia.
