It also holds 100% interest in the La Grande lithium project, which comprises the Joule prospect, which consists of 320 claims covering approximately 16,385 hectares; Aero prospect, which consists of 101 claims covering approximately 4,980 hectares; and Aqua prospect, which consists of 172 claims covering approximately 8,803 hectares. The company was formerly known as James Bay Minerals Limited and changed its name to Black Bear Minerals Limited in November 2025. Black Bear Minerals Limited was incorporated in 2022 and is based in East Perth, Australia.
